Ashley Betts joined the Ryan T. England Agency of State Farm in 2020, having previously worked as a State Farm team member in Paragould, Arkansas. She serves in the areas of Customer Service and Retention with a focus in Billing and Homeowner's Insurance Claims. Ashley says her favorite part of her job is helping people during some of the most difficult times of their life - a car wreck, a home fire, the death of a family member. Ashley comforts our customers and makes tragedies as smooth and easy as possible from an insurance perspective.
Ashley is a native of Arkansas, but relocated to Southaven for her husband's job opportunity, as a local firefighter. All of her spare time is spent with her husband and children's activities such as competitive Taekwondo.

Debbie Clark joined the Ryan T. England Agency in 2022, but she has worked as a State Farm Insurance team member in DeSoto County since 2008. Debbie serves our customers in the areas of Life Insurance, as well as assisting customers with their Claims. When you have a tough situation that involves a car accident or damage to your home, you will more than likely work with Debbie to get an adjuster involved and get all of your damages repaired.
Debbie has lived in DeSoto County for her entire life. She is a member of Bellevue Church and enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews.

Jennifer Flores has been a member of the Ryan T. England Agency of State Farm since its inception in 2009. She serves in the areas of Life Insurance, as well as complex customer service and billing issues. She also works with customers on reviewing their coverages and limiting exposure that could help protect their families and their future.
A native of Corpus Christi, Texas, Jennifer relocated to DeSoto County in 1996 and has been extremely involved in our community through the DeSoto County School District. This has allowed her to interact with parents, teachers, and business owners and make them aware of the customer service they can expect at our Agency. She is also heavily involved with worship at Harvest of Faith Church in Southaven. As a bi-lingual Insurance Professional, Jennifer is able to assist our Hispanic community with all of their Insurance and Financial Services needs. Jennifer loves spending time with her husband and her extended family, especially her granddaughters.

When you enter the Ryan T. England Agency of State Farm you will more than likely be greeted in our lobby by Marnye Simpson. She has been a member of our team since 2014 where she focuses on Customer Service and Retention. Marnye accepts payments, makes changes to auto insurance policies, and updates coverages where needed. She says one of the most enjoyable parts of her role is the interaction with other companies in our community - she handles a lot of the "behind the scenes" work that goes on between our agency and Banks, Lenders, Apartment Communities, and other third parties with whom we have mutual customers.
Marnye is a native of California but now enjoys the beauty of "The South". She enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.
